Mechanical Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily mechanical installation works ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations
-Oversee mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and gas systems
-Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
-Coordinate with contractors, MEP subcontractors, and other disciplines for seamless project execution

-Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety requirements, and project timelines

What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4–7 years of relevant site experience
-Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and gas systems
-Proven experience in mechanical site supervision within UAE or GCC projects
-Familiarity with UAE authority requirements (e.g., Municipality, Civil Defense, SEWA)
-Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and coordination plans
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage
-Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
