Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance 

3–5 years of experience as a General Accountant (UAE preferred) 

Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations 

Experience with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) 

Professional certification (ACCA / CPA / CMA) is an advantage 

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and numerical skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced Excel skills

Good communication and reporting ability

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Greet and assist visitors professionally

 • Answer phone calls and respond to emails

 • Manage front desk operations and appointments

 • Handle administrative and office support tasks

 • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems

 • Coordinate with staff and management when required

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

 • Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written)

 • Previous experience in administration or receptionist role preferred

 • Good communication and interpersonal skills
